Quarterly Meeting: During 2026, the Quarterly Meetings will generally be held at the Maine Military Museum at 50 Peary Ter. in South Portland . These meetings include a social hour and brunch or lunch depending on the month (see below for times). We make a concerted effort to hold the cost of the luncheon to $25.00. The highlight of the meetings is the guest speaker presentation.

The lunch meetings normally commence with a social hour at 1130, with the meal being served at 1200.
Board of Directors’ Meeting: The Board of Directors’ meeting is held monthly. These meetings are generally virtual, but may be held at a specified location at the discretion of the Chapter President. All members of the Chapter are invited to attend.
The meeting starts at 1000 and lasts for about one hour.
Executive Committee Meeting: The Executive Committee consists of the Chapter’s elected officers and other billet holders. It is held at the discretion of the President to deal with the normal operations of the Chapter, evaluate progress on various initiatives, and to develop recommendations for consideration by the Board of Director’s or the membership as a whole.
